ORGANIC NATURAL COCOA POWDER (PERU)|秘魯有機天然可可粉

This single origin cocoa powder is from Peru San Martin. It's organic, natural and unsweetened. It does not go through the alkalizing process so the cocoa powder has a lighter colour and more profound fruitiness taste.

Cocoa powder is suitable for making chocolate desserts, bread, pastry or drinks, such as mocha coffee, brownies and cookies.

Ingredients 成份 :
100% organic cocoa powder 可可粉

*Easy hot cocoa recipe 簡易熱可可食譜 :

10g cocoa powder (about 2 tablespoons) 可可粉(約2湯匙)
250g milk or vegetable milk 牛奶或植物奶
Sugar (depending on how sweet you like) 砂糖(隨個人熱好添加)

Heat the milk to boil, and pour the cocoa powder, sugar little by little into the cup. Keep stirring until the cocoa powder is completely dissolved. * You can add wine, coffee powder, ginger powder, cinnamon powder and other ingredients to change the flavor.
